We get it, not everything works out perfectly. If it did, we would all be backup dancers for Beyoncé! But we get it, you want your money back and we want you to be happy with your experience. Returns can be made within 7 days from the date you've received all your items. Please be advised that loose ends and tiny, slight stains will not be considered as quality issues.

We ship from Hong Kong, where we can provide time-to-market styles to our beloved customers in the most timely manner. The return address is in New Jersey USA, where we locate ourselves to the widest audience. Unfortunately, we currently do NOT cover shipping costs to return at the moment. Customers are responsible to arrange the returning themselves (working on offering more friendly return policies tho!).

Returns that are damaged, worn, or without the original packaging and hangtags will not be accepted. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, your return may be refused.

*Important Notice: The return address is not the same as the one on the label. Please do not return items without obtaining the address provided by us.

1) How to return an item?

1. Send an email to: hello@miss-rosier.com

2. In the email, tell us your order number, and the item(s) you would like to return.

3. Please note that you can only submit ONE request for each order.

4. We'll be in touch with instructions for return after we receive your information within 48 business hours. Please be aware that refunds are provided in the form of a Miss Rosier e-gift card, which exclude original shipping costs. Customers will be charged an $6 restocking fee per item.

 

2) How to cancel my order?

It may be possible to cancel an order within 4 hours of it being placed. Please email us at  hello@miss-rosier.com to request a cancellation.

Please be noted that we charge 5% of the total order value for order cancellation processing fee. Once the order begins processing in our system, we may not be able to amend it. Please take extra care when placing an order, as we do not accept any changes on orders that have already been processed. By placing an order, you expressly agree to follow and abide by these terms.

 

3) How does return work?

Return processing typically takes up to 2-3 weeks from the date shipped to arrive at the warehouse and can take up to 2-3 weeks from the date received to be processed.

We will make sure to send you an email once the returned item(s) have been received. Refunds are provided in the form of a Miss Rosier e-gift card, which exclude original shipping costs. Customers will be charged an $6 restocking fee per item. 

 

4) Exchanges:

At Miss Rosier, we understand that sometimes preferences may change, and size does not work out perfectly all the time. We strive to provide a hassle-free exchange experience for our valued customers. Items eligible for exchange must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

5) Final Sale:

Please note, products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

 

6) Do you offer returns & exchanges to wholesale orders?

I am afraid no. Wholesale orders are often offered at significantly discounted prices compared to retail. These discounts are provided with the understanding that the sale is final, helping to manage financial risks and maintain competitive pricing. 

Hence, for wholesale, we highly suggest ordering a few at our original price to test the quality and your sizes.
